We're long overdue for a new Star Fox game, but in the absence of an official sequel, one of the creators of the original SNES game is building an indie spiritual successor called Wild Blue.

That all changes with the launch of the SNES Classic. Star Fox 2 isn't unlocked at the outset, but all you'll need to do to check it out is complete the first level of the original Star Fox.
