CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, and it’s architecture firm, have applied for a demolition permit that would tear down the vast majority of the once thriving hospital.

The driver was taken to Saint Vincent's emergency department, located adjacent to the Hardner Building, for treatment.
