Ukraine's President Zelensky said the ongoing attacks showed Russia did not want to end the three-year-old war. He said Kyiv was waiting for the US reaction to President Putin's rejection of a full ceasefire which Ukraine had previously agreed to.

Donald Trump has said Volodymyr Zelensky shares the blame with Russian President Vladimir Putin for "millions of people dead" in the Ukraine war. The US president was responding to reporters' questions during a meeting with El Salvador's leader at the White House.
