Police arrested the suspect at the scene and the weapon was recovered. The person currently is being held by Fairview Heights Police, according to a news release.

A video released by a Southern California police department shows a man wrestling a gun away from an officer and getting into her police car before another officer shoots and kills him.

A 22-year-old has been charged in shooting three police officers. Police said a female officer was shot in the face.
