The Board of Supervisors during its meeting Wednesday voted 4-1 to adopt the final 2021 Sacramento County redistricting map. Supervisor Patrick Kennedy, who represents District 2, voted no.

Sacramento voters first passed a parcel tax to support the library system in 2004. The homeowner cost would be $54.50 a year and cover 40% of costs.
