Oakland rapper ChaiBenjii4 is on the run after being charged with murder; one bystander was killed in a September shootout.

CHP says 3-year-old Zaida Carranza Gomez was last seen in Oakland on April 5 and is believed to be with 31-year-old suspect Siokifi Pulu, reportedly driving a gray Ford Crown Victoria.
