Emergency crews are responding after a motorcycle officer was involved in a crash in Southlake Monday afternoon. The incident happened in the area of 300 Southlake Boulevard near Olivia Court, according to Southlake DPS.

The motorcycle officer was hit by a work truck which pulled in front of him at about 2:15 p.m. in the 300 block of East Southlake Boulevard near Olivia Court, according to police.

A Southlake police officer riding a motorcycle was involved in a major crash Monday afternoon. Police said the crash occurred along E. Southlake Boulevard near Olivia Court, east of White Chapel Boulevard and they asked people to avoid the area while the scene was investigated and cleared.
