Purdue ranks first in the Big Ten with an 11-2 conference record and a 19-5 overall record. The Boilermakers' two conference losses belong to Ohio State and Penn State. The Wolverines are on their tail at No. 3 with a 10-2 conference record and an 18-5 overall record.

U-M's job is to find a way to slowdown Purdue's star point guard Braden Smith, who torched them in the first meeting to the tune of 24 points, 10 assists, seven rebounds and four steals. Also keep an eye on Trey Kaufman-Renn − Michigan held him to 15 last time, his only game in the past six where he's scored fewer than 23 points.

"Probably the loudest it's been in (Crisler Center during my career), at least top two or three," Will Tschetter said over U-M's win over Purdue.
