The flags soldiers carry will honor the seven Hall County natives who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.

Jerry Schenck was presented with a Quilt of Valor from Tina Johnson and Patti Hirschman of the Grand Island Sew-ciety. He was joined by his brothers at the ceremony.
