LANSING, MI -- An Oakland County woman says she couldn’t move after she scratched off an Electric 300s instant ticket and won a $4 million jackpot recently.

Nearly 190,000 other tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $10 to $30,000 in the drawing.
