LANCASTER, S.C. — Police in Lancaster say a juvenile suspect is accused of starting a fire inside a Walmart Sunday afternoon.

If given the maximum penalty, the 12-year-old boy could remain in juvenile custody until his 22nd birthday, according to court officials.
