Secret’s out: This year’s King Boreas is John Harrington, the former St. Paul police chief, state senator, Metro Transit police chief and state Department of Public Safety commissioner.
John Harrington is a journalist with an extensive background in business and financial news. John graduated from Rutgers University in Newark cum laude with a degree in history and a minor in English.
