A reverse job fair flips that script, placing job seekers in the spotlight. Instead of employers hosting booths, it’s the job seekers who set up tables or displays.

Employers can participate through booth sponsor packages which include an 8-foot by 10-foot area with a table and two chairs. In 2019 the 12News Job Fair drew more than 1,200 attendees.
