After taking Penn State linebacker Abdul Carter with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Giants were not done on Thursday. Big Blue proceeded to trade back into the first round, making a deal with the Houston Texans to acquire pick No. 25 to take Mississippi quarterback Jaxson Dart.

The New York Giants may have found their quarterback of the future in Jaxson Dart, and in return, NFL fans found the next social media sensation in his mother, Kara Dart. Giants general manager Joe Schoen traded back into the first round to select Dart with the 25th pick.
