Grand National runner Celebre d'Allen dies aged 13 following his collapse at Aintree's final fence on Saturday.

The 13-year-old horse died on Tuesday after his condition deteriorated. Jockey Micheal Nolan, who rode him in the race at Aintree, has been given a 10-day suspension.
