Yea, I have no idea why eastwood dropped the ball so hard with this. My gut says that the guy in charge of powder coating is just an idiot. :) Even their powders stink.
The process of powder coating starts with stripping a wheel down to the original metal by putting it in a strip tank. Once fully cleaned, the wheel is sanded to fix any damages.
