A SAVVY mum looking for more space in her three-bedroom house has shared how she created a whole new bedroom for just £240.

In 1994, they opened Highland Brewing, the city's first craft brewery since Prohibition, originally located in the drab and crowded basement of the Barley's pizzeria building on Biltmore Avenue.
