A third member of the “Operation Patt Down” drug trafficking ring was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Omaha on Thursday.

Alongside Alaska, Jujubee, Jan and Luxx, the show also starred Nick Adams, Adam Pascal, Eddie Korbich, J. Elaine Marcos, Lagoona Bloo, Tamika Lawrence, Nick Laughlin, Beau Coddou and Dylan Patterson.

In a tight match, Patterson and Karlen pulled out a 17-15 victory in the fifth game. They survived a 14-12 Trinity gameball that forced Karlen to dive to the court, setting up a Patterson winner.
