The Disneyland Duck Race has been happening since 2008, initially dreamed up by Fantasyland employees. This year, more than 1,000 cast members gathered for the event and purchased over 1,100 ducks.

Workers at Disneyland, including performers who play the beloved characters of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Cinderella, are looking to unionize.
