ANorth Texas contractor was found dead Friday in a Wise County courthouse after apparently falling from a ladder, police told Star-Telegram media partner WFAA-TV.

The plan also calls for moving the Municipal Court's payment center from the second floor of City Hall, where it shares space with the courtroom area, to the seventh floor.
