In December, the judge approved Lori Vallow Daybell's request to represent herself. She recently asked to have one of her criminal cases in Maricopa County dropped.

Chad Daybell has been moved from Eastern Idaho to the Ada County Jail as he awaits his trial on Monday. The trial will be at the Ada County Courthouse, and begin with the jury selection.
