The man accused of abducting a Beaver Dam teen and getting her pregnant will stand trial. The Dodge County judge made the decision during 40-year-old Gary Day's preliminary hearing Thursday morning.

Gary Day will be indicted on federal charges for transporting the minor on Tuesday, a Beaver Dam Police Department detective said.
