MAGISTRATES sitting in Carlisle have handed out multiple driving bans in just a few days of court sittings at the city’s Rickergate court.

The closures are not expected to last past 11:30 a.m. on Sunday and will be on a rolling pattern, so when the last runner passes, the road will reopen.
