Some of the brands that will feature CarPlay Ultra include the South Korean Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands thus far. "This is just the beginning, with more automakers on the way" said Bob Borchers, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.

The more deeply integrated system will be available in a few weeks for older Aston Martins and will also be available for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis vehicles.
