Several crews assisted with a detached garage fire overnight that damaged multiple nearby structures.Just after 2:30 a.m.

The Belvidere Fire Department responded to a pair of garage fires on E. 2nd Street at 2:40 a.m. on Wednesday, which caused thermal damage to three adjacent homes, but no injuries were reported.
