The mayor of Bay City opened up to TV5 Thursday night, April 10, about escalating tensions at city commission meetings and a general decline in decorum.

Bay City’s historic City Hall — listed on the National Register of Historic Places — woke up in quite the sticky situation.

The Bay County Board of Commissioners is to vote on whether or not to hire a special prosecutor to remedy the dilemma.
