Senator Jake Hoffman was pulled over doing 89 MPH in a 65 MPH speed limit zone on Jan. 22, according to multiple reports. A spokesperson for the Arizona Department of Public Safety told ABC 15 Hoffman was not cited after being recognized as having ‘legislative immunity.
