ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Fresco at the Gardens returns, serving breakfast and lunch at Anderson Japanese Gardens. Fresco at the Gardens is open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

The property is empty now, but the couple told News 2 that by the end of the month, it will be a community garden.
