A London judge has rejected a U.S. mother’s challenge to be extradited to Colorado to face murder charges in the deaths of two of her young children.

LONDON (KKTV) - A judge in the U.K. ruled on Friday that Kimberly Singler, the Colorado Springs mother accused of killing two of her children in late 2023, can be extradited back to the United States.

A British court has ruled that Kimberlee Singler, a Colorado mother accused of drugging and killing her two children, can be extradited to the United States. The decision was made on Friday (January 24) by District Judge John Zani at Westminster Magistrates Court in London.

Kimberlee Singler was arrested in the United Kingdom on Dec. 30, 2023, in connection with the death of her 7-year-old son Aden Wentz and 9-year-old daughter Elianna "Ellie" Wentz. She's also accused of wounding a third child, who survived.
