Sacramento took a beating against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night and allowed a career-high 41 points to Aaron Wiggins. Despite the loss, Kings forward DeMar DeRozan provided a silver by passing sharpshooter Ray Allen for the 28th most points in NBA history (h/t Jorge Sierra | HoopsHype ).

Now with Fox possibly on the move, DeRozan is looking ahead in his career. The 35-year-old is in his final few seasons of his NBA career and he is clearly wanting to play on a contending team, which the Kings may not be if they deal Fox.

When DeMar DeRozan became a free agent in 2021, the San Antonio Spurs helped him get to the Chicago Bulls with a sign-and-trade. Nearly four years later, they used the pick from that deal to land All-Star De'Aaron Fox.
