Ten-man AC Milan paid the price for Theo Hernandez' dismissal for diving when they were held 1-1 by Feyenoord and crashed out of the Champions League in the last-16 play-offs on Tuesday. Milan lost the first leg 1-0 in Rotterdam last week but levelled the tie with a first-minute goal from former Feyenoord player Santiago Gimenez.
