The South Florida Water Management District's new python incentive program has led to the elimination of more than 100 of the invasive snakes.

Florida officials unveiled the 2025 Python Challenge to fight invasive pythons and protect the Everglades.

FWC says the 2022 hunt removed 231 pythons from the Everglades, with nearly 1,000 people from 32 states and even Latvia taking part in the 10-day hunt.
