A North Carolina family has filed a lawsuit against Roblox, alleging the platform facilitated the sexual exploitation of their 10-year-old daughter.

Roblox sex games are commonly referred to on the platform as "condos". They're spaces, generated by users, where people can talk about sex - and where their avatars can have virtual sex.

Out of 17 Roblox users who made and participated in this kind of activity on Discord, 14 who operated condos themselves were between 14 and 17 years old, Fast Company found.
