The National Weather Service is expected to survey parts of Delaware County after a strong line of storms moved through Tuesday morning, causing extensive damage in some areas.

Three people were charged in connection with the overdose of a Delaware County child. Grand jury indictment alleges the three were present when a disabled child consumed methamphetamine.
