It's $40 million to continue upgrading the M1 Abrams tank, and this has been an earmark for years. But the thing is, the Department of Defense doesn't want it.

The M1 Abrams tank was built to fight the Soviets, and it appears to be at war on Russian soil. Ukraine shared a video this week of an Abrams in combat alongside a Bradley fighting vehicle.

Kyiv received 31 M1A1 Abrams tanks from the U.S. in fall 2023, which it has used in the east of the country.
