At least 20 states could see elevated ultraviolet (UV) radiation levels this weekend, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA says that elevated UV radiation levels greatly increase the risk of skin burns, eye damage and long-term health problems like skin cancer.
