CAPE CANAVERAL SPACE FORCE STATION — SpaceX is preparing for another Starlink launch during the early morning hours on Monday. The Falcon 9 rocket will send up Starlink 12-3 mission from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, stated SpaceX. The four-hour launch window is set to open at 3:54 a.m. ET.
