Aaron Rodgers visited the Steelers on Friday and, while no deal is done or imminent, it's a sign the four-time MVP quarterback is considering playing in Pittsburgh, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported.

It’s still possible the recently released Jets quarterback could make an in-person visit to the Giants after spending time with the Steelers. He owns a house in Cedar Grove, N.J., so it would not be difficult for him to stop in East Rutherford.

Aaron Rodgers has gone from the beaches of Malibu to the Steel City. The ex-Jets quarterback is visiting the Steelers’ facility on Friday and is expected to meet with their coaching staff and personnel as his free agency waiting game continues, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
