Four deaths and four tornadoes in North Carolina are attributed to Chantal, the tropical storm that swept in Sunday and by Monday evening had scooted off the New Jersey coast. The State Highway Patrol confirmed the death of an 83-year-old Chatham County woman in Chapel Hill;
