Tim and Esther Keiderling were found dead this week after attempting to scale Mount Katahdin in Maine over the weekend, after a massive search party recovered their bodies.

Tim Keiderling and Esther Keiderling, both of Ulster Park, New York, set out to hike the summit on Sunday, officials said.

A second missing hiker has been found dead on a hiking trail in Maine, one day after search crews found her father’s body, state officials said Wednesday.
