Well, the latest episode of HBO’s White Lotus finally fired its Chekhov’s incest kiss. The Emmy-winning drama anthology introduced the idea of an incest storyline in its third season premiere when Lochlan ( Sam Nivola) ogled his nude older brother Saxon ( Patrick Schwarzenegger ).

The incestuous kiss during Sunday’s White Lotus may have caught some fans off guard (at least those who weren’t paying attention), but at least one of the stars in question had a “really difficult” time getting into the character for the shocking moment.
