Breast Milk Ice Cream — it's here and it's real. Well, kind of. Colostrum has kind of been blowing up in the wellness world, with people taking supplements and adding colostrum powder to smoothies and shakes.

Baby goods company Frida and OddFellows Ice Cream launched a breast milk-flavored ice cream. Of course, I had to try it.

Although the version in Frida's ice cream is from cows, colostrum is also present in human breast milk, and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is high in nutrients and antibodies.
