Hamilton County and the Cincinnati Bengals have reached a preliminary agreement for $185 million in improvements to Paycor Stadium for the 2026 season.

A "memorandum of understanding" was reached between the Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County Tuesday in regards to extending the Bengals' lease at Paycor Stadium prior to the June 30 deadline, as first reported by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

The Bengals and Hamilton County still need to work out the terms of a long-term lease. For now, they have a short-term agreement to improve Paycor Stadium in 2026.
