Police noticed the woman’s Chevrolet Impala parked alongside a gas pump at Shell, 5918 Smith Road. They checked the license plate number and learned that the car’s owner, who was the Cleveland woman, was wanted for a felony offense in Brook Park.

A woman is dead after a motor vehicle versus pedestrian crash on Hoover Avenue in Trotwood. Police are looking for the driver who fled the scene. On Thursday, March 13, at approximately 9 p.m. a 66-year-old was crossing Hoover Avenue from south to north.

A woman crashed into two police cruisers in a failed attempt to escape her arrest in Norwich. She was identified as Electra Chiulli, 33, from Old Saybrook. State police said officers from Troop E in Montville saw a car without a front license plate failing to stay in their lane on RT-2 in Bozrah.
