Arsenal can trim the gap to Premier League leaders Liverpool down to just four points on Saturday as they welcome West Ham to the Emirates Stadium. Racked by injuries up front, Mikel Arteta's side had to dig deep last time out, before two late goals from auxiliary striker Mikel Merino secured them victory at Leicester.

With Liverpool dropping points against Aston Villa on Wednesday, Arsenal have them in their sights and it will be really interesting to see how Gunners boss Mikel Arteta approaches this game. If they beat West Ham, Liverpool's lead at the top is down to five points and the Hammers don't seem to be in the kind of form to stop them.

Arsenal are currently top of the Premier League, with Arsenal their main competitor in the race for the title.
