Midland County is now up to four confirmed measles cases since the West Texas outbreak began in January. The latest case was found in a toddler, according to the city of Midland, which added that the Midland Health Department is working to identify exposures and notify exposed individuals.

Cases ticked up slightly Tuesday, but experts say the virus may have run out of vulnerable people to infect in the region.
