The next prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia could take place in a "blind" format - the Ukrainian side may not know the names of all the people who will be returned, states Petro Yatsenko, a representative of the Coordination Headquarters for Treatment of Prisoners of War.

The second round of talks was even shorter than the first and didn’t address any substantive issues to ending the three-year conflict.

Russia and Ukraine began a major prisoner exchange, swapping hundreds of soldiers and civilians in the first phase of an exchange that was a moment of cooperation in otherwise failed efforts to reach a ceasefire in the 3-year-old war.
