David Dussinger is running for the Republican nomination for Williamsport City Council in the May 20 primary election.

Surviving are his sons, Stan Hyland, Williamsport, and Lloyd C ... landscaper for many years for businesses, friends and family. Lloyd was also an avid hunter and fisherman.
