D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser stood beside former Washington Nationals infielder Ryan Zimmerman outside Nationals Park on Sunday morning to unveil the team’s new “District Blueprint” City Connect uniform.

The Washington Nationals unveiled their new “City Connect” uniforms featuring blue digs that emphasize the District’s grid lines and transportation infrastructure with a handful of pink and grey accents and accompanied by mosaic patterns around the sleeves and pants that are intended to spotlight the city’s diversity.
