Roblox is getting an official Sonic the Hedgehog game backed by Sega called Sonic Speed Simulator. It's available for purchase for now but will go free-to-play this weekend on April 16 at 10 AM EST.

Roblox's Super Speed Simulator is a click-based game that reimagines speed by taking the players on a heart-pounding trip through a world where every click propels them to an incredible pace.

Earlier today Sega announced a partnership with Gamefam to bring Sonic to Roblox in the brand-new game, Sonic Speed Simulator.
